Your appointment is very important to all members of our team at Family Holistic Wellness & Aesthetics. The time allotted for the appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, as a courtesy, we ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment by contacting us at the following number 863-268-2211, otherwise the deposit for your appointment or if the service requested will pay the total amount. It will not be transferred to another date and time nor will it be refunded in any case. 

By giving a last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent other patients from being able to schedule their appointment at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but we cannot allow any exceptions. Our policies are designed to benefit all of our patients and provide them with the best quality service experience. A deposit or full amount is required to schedule any service. 1. No-Return Policy

1.1 Prescription Medications
All sales of prescription medications are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any prescription products. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, safety, and efficacy of medications as required by federal, state, and health regulations.

1.2 Health and Wellness Products
For over-the-counter medications, supplements, or health-related products, all sales are final. Due to health and safety protocols, we cannot accept returns of any items once they have been shipped or received by the customer.

1.3 Non-Prescription Products
For non-prescription products, including wellness kits or health-related devices, returns may be accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) may be required.

The following exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis:

• Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, customers must report it within 48 hours of receipt for a possible exchange or store credit.
• Incorrect Order: If the wrong item was sent, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can correct the issue.
