Dr. Mohammad Salman Choudhary, is a distinguished family medicine specialist with over 23 years of experience.

Dr. Choudhary graduated from medical school in 2002 and has dedicated his career to providing exceptional care for individuals and families. His approach combines evidence-based medicine with holistic treatment philosophies, ensuring patients receive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and overall well-being. Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Spanish, Dr. Choudhary creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for a diverse patient base. His practice emphasizes personalized healthcare, preventive medicine, and a compassionate touch, making him a trusted name in family medicine.

Dr. Lorgeat boasts over 18 years of invaluable experience in the healthcare industry, exemplifying excellence as the Clinical Director of Family Holistic Wellness. With a focus on primary care services, she has dedicated over 7 years to treating children aged 5 and above, as well as the broader adult population, as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Lorgeat's passion for holistic healthcare mirrors the compassionate approach of Christ during His time on earth. Beyond her clinical endeavors, she serves as the president of Christie’s Heart Samaritan Care Foundation, a Christian organization dedicated to aiding underserved children across the United States, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

Marjorie Gedeon, FNP, is a highly esteemed board-certified Nurse Practitioner based in Winter Haven, FL. Her journey in healthcare began with her graduation from medical school in the Dominican Republic in 1992, followed by an enriching experience in Public Health in 1993. Dr. Gedeon further honed her skills through an Internal Medicine Residency in 1995.

Driven by a deep sense of compassion, Dr. Gedeon's commitment to community outreach began early in her career. She dedicated herself to aiding Haitian communities living in impoverished conditions in the Dominican Republic, initiating impactful change by teaching Bible classes every Sunday.

With over two decades of invaluable healthcare experience, Dr. Gedeon brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Fluent in French, Creole, and Spanish, she ensures effective communication and care for a diverse range of patients.

Karen Doly, FNP, is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College in 2020. With expertise in Botox and fillers, Karen brings her advanced knowledge and dedication to patient care at Family Holistic Wellness, offering personalized treatments for optimal health and aesthetic results.  

Dieudonne Lorgeat is a highly experienced Office Administrator and Registered Nurse (RN) with many years of dedicated service in the healthcare field. Additionally, he holds the title of Registered Radiologic Technologist (R.T.(R)), bringing valuable expertise in patient care and medical administration. Dieudonne’s extensive background ensures seamless office operations and exceptional care for every patient, providing a supportive and efficient environment at Family Holistic Wellness. 

Diana Torres is an esthetician with a passion for skincare that spans nearly two decades. With 19 years of experience in the field, she has honed her craft and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of skincare. Diana's journey in the beauty industry began with a desire to help others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.  Fluent in English and Spanish.
