1. No-Return Policy
1.1 Prescription Medications
All sales of prescription medications are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any prescription products. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, safety, and efficacy of medications as required by federal, state, and health regulations.
1.2 Health and Wellness Products
For over-the-counter medications, supplements, or health-related products, all sales are final. Due to health and safety protocols, we cannot accept returns of any items once they have been shipped or received by the customer.
1.3 Non-Prescription Products
For non-prescription products, including wellness kits or health-related devices, returns may be accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) may be required.
2. Exceptions to the No-Return Policy
